Compact exhaust Air System

The PlasmaStream compact exhaust air system reduces grease and odours from kitchen exhaust air and is positioned as a stand-alone ventilation unit between the kitchen extractor hood and the outlet area. It eliminates the need for a costly exhaust air duct system, even if the location is in the immediate vicinity of residential or commercial buildings, as the odours from the cleaned kitchen exhaust air are below the detection threshold at a distance of 1 metre when used as intended, and the exhaust air duct can be led directly outside via the wall.

As the purified exhaust air is virtually grease- and odour-free, it can also be used for heat recovery in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Saving Ordinance and fed directly into heat exchangers.

It consists of a multi-stage filter system with a pre-filter, fan, plasma stage and activated carbon filter and is available as a standard unit for indoor and outdoor installation for exhaust air volume flows from 1,500 m³/h to 10,000 m³/h and can be expanded modularly for higher air volumes.

For special applications or kitchen situations, the system can be supplemented and expanded with additional filter modules, such as blue smoke filters or the KitTech system.
